Brunch at Soya

Not so long ago I met up with a friend for brunch. She was keen on going to a vegetarian place that she knew called Soya. I wasn't so thrilled at the idea as I have been to quite a few vegetarian restaurants in my time and they have all ended up being a bland disappointment. In the end I agreed on going.  The place looked like a shop front or warehouse from the outside, I would of never of guessed it was a restaurant. It was very busy ( a good sign),  so we decided to sit outside as the sun was shinning.  They have a special set weekend brunch buffet menu for 24 euros which includes freshly squeezed juice, tea (which was delicious) and coffee along with as much as you can eat from the sweet and savory buffet. I got stuck in straight away, the choice was amazing and after having tucked into three plates of food I can safely say that was the best vegetarian meal I have ever eaten. I highly recommend it and suggest you go there hungry. This is definitely one of my new favorite spots.
